Effect Yarn | Loop Yarn | Snarl Yarn | Knop Yarn | Properties of Effect Yarn | Formation of Effect Yran

Image
Effect yarn: The effect yarn is basically the yarn which is different from   normal or conventional yarn having used for special or specific purposes, in normal condition or in past it was considered the defect but now its create intentionally for special purposes or to alter the properties of yarn and fabric performance.   Three effects yarn: 1. Loop yarn. The loop yarn is basically the yarn which consist of two ground yarn and also having one effect yarn which make loops on the surface of the ground yarns which is used for different purposes. Properties: ü   Its fluffy. ü   Give soft feel. Formation of loops yarn: Its manufacturing on the looping yarn machine which consist of back roller and front two pairs of rollers. As the two ground yarn come from bottom rollers and passing through front roller (in grooves of top rollers) and effect yarn come from front roller with different speed, then ground yarn. As they converge to twist after moving out from front rolle

Carding Machine | Objective, Process, Parts of Carding machine in Textile spinning | Carding in Spinning

Carding machine Card machine: Card machine is second process machine in spinning which separate fiber to fiber and remove 75% trash from it. Objectives: •        Opening to individual fibers •        Elimination of impurities •        Elimination of dust •        Disentangling of Neps •        Elimination of short fibers •        Fiber blending •        Fiber orientation •        Sliver formation Carding process: The second process of spinning which input the laps or toughts and remove waste, dust, naps from the fibers and open fiber to fiber. The output of the card is sliver. Card machine parts: 1: Lap roller. 2: In feed roller 3: Taker in / Linker in 4: Cylinder 5: Moving Flats. 6: Doffer. 7: crusher roller. 8: calendaring / Take off roller 9: coiler. 10: Trash box 11: suction pipes. Function of Parts: 1.     Lap Roller: The first roller of the machine which hold the lap roll and unwind it for to infeed in the carding machine.

Textile Terminology | Introduction to Textile | Fiber, Staple fibers, Filament | Yarn | Fabric | Garments | Home furnishing

Textile Terminologies Textile: Textile is the term which include various categories of wearing, home furnishing and different useful cloths. Fiber: The small flexible particles of textiles cloths which can natural, man-mad. As the natural fibers are grow naturally and cultivated or shearing from animals. The natural fibers further divided into 3 categories: Plants: The fiber is collected from plants (from their leaves, stem & roots or seeds). The fibers are cellulosic based (their composition is cellulosic because every plant based fibers are cellulosic material). Cotton collect from seeds of plant. Jute fiber collect from plant stem. Banana fiber collect from stem of banana plant. Banana fibers Animals: The fibers is collect from animal skin and mouth or from their body. Wool is shearing from sheep skin. Silk is produce by silkworm mouth Chitosan fiber is collect from chitin sea animal. wool fibers Minerals: The fibers is collected from minerals.

Spinning Triangle | Spinning | Spinning Triangle in Ring spinning | Textile Ride

Spinning triangle Spinning triangle:                   The weakest point at the nipping line of the delivery rollers in spinning process. When the material leave the delivery rollers and now still the twist is not inserted that point is the weakest point because here is very fibers which have no that enough coherence known as spinning triangle.   l   This weakest point is generated due to the twist do not penetrate in the nipping line of drafting assembly completely so now after leaving the delivery rollers there is untwisted fiber bundle in triangle shape that's why it’s known as spinning triangle. l   The traveler rotates at higher speed which produce balloon between traveler and lappet guide but it’s also extend up to drafting Assembly and its also impart the twist in yarn against the direction of yarn so the twist is not penetrate completely in nipping which creates the weakest point now due to balloon tension in the weakest point has more chance to break. l   The

Comfort Of Clothing | Comfort in Textile | Textile Ride | Modes of Thermal & Moisture Conduction

Comfort of clothing Definition: Comfort is a primary requirement of clothing, which can be categorized into aesthetic comfort, thermal comfort,  moisture comfort , tactile comfort and pressure comfort. Aesthetic comfort is the subjective perception of clothing by visual sensation, which is influenced by colour, style, garment fitting, fashion compatibility, fabric construction and finish. My topic is limited to thermal and moisture comfort.so I would like to explain it. Objective: 1.     To conduct the heat in different weather. 2.     To evaporate the sensation through fabric. 3.     More feel comfortable through thermal and moisture comfort. Detailed overview: 1.     Thermal comfort: Thermal comfort is related to the efficiency of heat dissipation from a clothed human body and is viewed as the ‘neither too hot nor too cold’ feeling of the wearer. The body is in a state of comfort when the core temperature of the body is maintained at 37 °C and the average skin tempera
